The very first conversation I had with her, her energy was genuine and she broke it down very clear and concise about everything that I wanted to know and how she could assist me. After the consult, I was ecstatic to work with her and all that she had to offer. What can I say, she has really set the bar for life coaches. The universe couldn't have done any better by leading me to seek coaching with her. Lisa Jeffs is an amazing woman with the spiritual and inner guidance ready to give. Throughout the weeks and months being spent guided with the help of Lisa, she helped me realize a lot about myself. She explained to me why I behaved certain ways, and helped me identify my limiting beliefs and the way I think about myself. She has helped me work on my career and even my personal relationships. Lisa helped me combat my bad habits and negative thinking. She is so personable and really cares about you and is very passionate about what she does. I have gained a new perspective on my life and how I can better myself and find my calling.
