This chia pudding is so easy to make and tastes so good your whole family will love it. Make it the night before for a quick grab and go breakfast. A breakfast pudding that tastes amazing and is packed with anti-inflammatory omega 3’s, you don’t get any better than that.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
¼ cup of chia seeds
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 ½ tsp raw honey or real maple syrup
Berries
Mango chunks
Cacao nibs (optional)
Directions
Mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract and honey/maple syrup together. Pour in glass or ceramic serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight. Take out and top with mango, berries, cacao nibs or any fruit or nut combo you desire.
Serve immediately and ENJOY! Yum 😉
