Good morning, Facebook family. It is Monday. I was going to say Monday morning, but it is past Monday morning here in Toronto. It is about a gagillion degrees right now. It’s hot as an oven outside. I’m sitting outside right now, and it literally feels like an oven. Today is Monday Pump Up Message. If you’re new to me, if you’re new to my page, I am Lisa Jeffs. I’m an intuitive success coach, and I work with women and men and help them move through their limits to create a career and a life that they absolutely adore.

Guys, message for today, today is a fresh start. It’s actually a holiday sort of here in Canada. We had Canada Day yesterday, so today is a slower-paced day. I know a lot of my listeners are in America. Happy July 4th, which is on Wednesday. Today’s message that came through through me during meditation this morning was all about three F’s, three F words, and it’s not what you think, but those words are forgiveness, focus, and feel. That is, and I’ll go through more detail. This is what I want you to take throughout this week to help motivate you, help encourage you, help keep you on the right track, so you reaching and you are working towards your goals and you’re making July phenomenal.

This is day, what, day two of July. June, July, and August are incredible months. They are packed full of manifesting energy. They are packed full of getting it done energy. They are packed full of stepping into your power energy. I want you to go into July just with this energy of I can create anything I want. Now is my time. It doesn’t matter what happened before. It doesn’t matter what happened January, February, March, April, May, June. It doesn’t matter. Today is a fresh start, and that goes into the first word, which is forgiveness.

We have to forgive ourselves for not being perfect, for not having everything together, for not doing this, for not doing that, for not doing all these things maybe we said we were going to do and we didn’t do. We got to forgive that. We got to let it go, and we got to release it, or maybe we need to forgive stuff that we did do that we said we would never do again, but we did do it, or forgive ourselves for habits we get into and whatever else. You know what I’m talking about, because a lot of times, when we have goals, a lot of times, when we have big goals, we’ll set these big goals for ourselves, and we’ll set this, and we’ll run out of the park, gung ho, and we’ll start it with this incredible momentum, just this motivation, and then a lot of times, what comes in? Resistance. What comes in? Resistance, fears, doubt. Our critical mind goes on a rampage, and all of a sudden, those old patterns of behaviors come back. We start doing things that we said we’d never do again, and a lot of times, we can backtrack on our goals. This is normal. It’s natural.

It’s not even that that stops so many people. It’s getting lost in the regret and the shame and the guilt that we carry because we’re human and we’re not perfect. Today, forgiveness. It’s so, so important to forgive whatever it is. It’s not important. I’m not saying it’s not important, but we don’t need to carry it with us. We don’t need to carry it with us constantly with this feeling of shame and guilt. Let it go. Forgiveness. That’s your first word.

Next word is focus. We got to focus. We got to have focused intention on what we want.

By the way, if you’re on or you’re listening to the replay or you’re listening to me live, let me know you’re on. I don’t see comments right now, but I will come back and I will answer any questions you have, and I will say, “Hi.” Let me know where you’re from and if you’re celebrating a holiday this week.

Back to focus. Focus. What is so important about focus? Focused intention. I laugh because I can be the queen of unfocused. I know a lot of my clients have trouble focusing a lot, and I think this is very common with the creative mind. A lot of times, our minds can be here, there, and everywhere, can be bouncing from this and that. Also, in today’s society, it’s like quick, quick, quick. It’s one image after another. You’re on social media. How many images do you see on social media? If you’re on for five minutes, I guarantee that the amount of images you see just from scrolling is incredible. Our minds can get trained to want to see things very quick and very fast. This can cause almost like a sloppy way of thinking, and I say sloppy not in negative way, because I can get like this, too, totally. Just my mind’s everywhere, but we want to have focused intention and, sometimes, focus can be easier for others, but we do what works, and using an excuse of, “Well, I just can’t focus. I just can’t pay attention,” and not doing anything to try to help yourself, that’s not a … I don’t see that as a valid excuse.

I’m going to let you know what works for me. Again, I have struggled with focus my entire life. I remember in elementary school, I would literally be sitting there and be in a dream world for pretty much hours and hours. I never heard anything the teacher was saying. I was in my own mind. Same with what I would do when I would come home. It was constant dream world. My mind was never focused on anything pretty much. It was always flipping from one thing to another. Really, I find that that’s a gift for many people, but it can be a hindrance when we all want to accomplish something, we want to get things done.

Focused intention. What do you want to accomplish this week. You don’t need to think of 100 things or even 10 things. A lot of times, people put too much on their plate, and they’re jumping from one thing to another. If you can focus on just one thing, one thing, just focus fully with everything you have on that one thing, I guarantee you’re going to get a lot more done than if you try to do 10 things at once.

What can you do this week to have focused intention? Choose one thing you want to focus on, not 10. If you have your own business, what’s one thing that you want to grow this week? What’s one thing that you want to produce this week? What’s one thing that you want to call in this week? One thing. Focus on that one thing.

For the strategic planning of focus, what I like to do is I will sit down. I think it’s the Pomodoro method, which is work for 20 minutes and take a five-minute break, work for another 20 minutes, take a five-minute break. I find this very, very helpful. When I first started this method, I could literally do maybe 30 seconds, and then I would need to take a break, another 30 seconds, and, eventually, it went up to a minute, and that went up to two minutes, and that went up to three minutes. Now, if you are the type of person who can only focus for 30 seconds, don’t judge that. I remember it. I told someone, “I can pretty much only focus for maybe 20-30 seconds at a time,” and they looked at me like I was a complete nutcase, like I had some serious issues. We don’t have issues. I know a lot of people listening to this are exactly like me. It just means that we got to exercise our mind, we got to exercise our focus, we got to practice. Start with where you are and work your way up. I guarantee you if I can work my way up to 20 minutes of solid focus and then a five-minute break, so can you.

Next is feel. That’s our next four-letter word. We need to feel. We need to start feeling. Too much roboticness, going about our days like robots, in our heads, and we lose the connection with our heart. We’re not feeling enough. What is feeling all about? What do I want you to do this week with feeling? I want you to get in touch with what lights you up. What lights you up in a soul level? What are you passionate about? What can you think about and you get so, so excited, like you just want to rip out of your skin and go do it? What is that for you?

If you don’t know, don’t worry. It’s pretty common. A lot of people are disconnected with that heart center. A lot of people are disconnected with their desire center. A lot of people are just in their heads, constantly, and from my experience, when you’re in your head constantly, you lose touch with that feel. You lose touch with that passion, but this week is all about forgiveness, focus, and feel. What are you passionate about? Let me know in the comment section. Let me know what you are passionate about.

When I say passion, I mean real passion. A lot of times, people will be like, “Well, I’m passionate about this and I’m passionate about hamburgers, and I’m passionate about, I don’t know, going for a walk or something.” Great. I like going for walks, and I like hamburgers, too, but I’m not passionate about it. I want to know what you’re passionate about. I want to know when you think about something, you can feel that fire starting in your belly, in your heart.

A lot of times, we can relate this to if there’s a certain someone that’s been in our life or maybe in our past life, and we just fall head over heels about them, over them, and we fall in love and we feel, when we think about them, we can feel them all over our body. It’s like this tingly fire.

I want you to think about what are you passionate about that’s not related to falling in love. That’s great, but I’m talking about something you’re passionate about that you can do, that you can share with the world, that you can experience, something that lights you up.

This week, I want you to think about, I want you to focus on forgiving yourself, moving forward, releasing the past, focusing on what you want, disciplined focus. If you’re not focused right now, it’s a discipline. It’s a discipline. You’ve got to work at it. You got to practice at it, and you have to constantly train yourself to cultivate that focus. Feeling. What are you feeling? What is that passion inside of you? What lights you up on a soul level? This is why we’re here. This is why we’re alive. This is what keeps us going is that burning flame, passion. If you’ve lost tough with it, which so many people do, especially adults, because it’s all about go, go, go, do, do, do, get back in touch with that this week.

Okay, guys. That’s it. If you have any questions, let me know below. This is going to be a phenomenal week. I have so many awesome things planned. I have the free challenge that I am putting together for next week. I’m so pumped about that. Look out for that because there are going to be opportunities for you to win different prizes if you are engaged with the challenge. It’s going to be super exciting. I also have my six-month and 10th powerful group program coming up a little later on in the month, that if you’ve been following me for a while and you’ve heard me talk about it, you’re going to want to keep your eye on that because it’s absolutely phenomenal. It’s a great month. It’s going to be a great month for a lot of people who are ready to make that shift, to make that change, and put in the work to get there.

All right, guys. Any questions? Let me know. Hi. Oh, hi, guys. Hi, [Allie 00:12:12]. Hi, [Katelyn 00:12:12]. Felicia, how are you? I’m seeing comments. Let me know if you guys have questions. I’m going to go. Like I said, it is about 10,000 degrees outside here in Toronto. I’m outside. I’m going to go inside, get some water, cool off for a bit, and I will be back to answer any questions you got. Other than that, have a phenomenal Monday, have a phenomenal week. You know I love you guys. I’ll talk to you soon. Ciao.
