A private four-hour intensive plus follow-up for founders, CEOs, executives and business owners who need focused support on a decision, leadership challenge, business issue or transition that requires more than a single session.
This may be a major decision you keep revisiting, a difficult leadership situation, a business problem you cannot seem to untangle, a transition that requires a new way of operating, or a project that needs concentrated time, clarity and outside perspective.
During one focused virtual intensive, with a short break partway through, we give the issue your full attention, get to the heart of what is really driving it and move it forward.
For one client, that meant clarifying his ideal client, building his first offer and creating the marketing plan to sell it. For you, it may mean making a major business or career decision, clarifying your positioning, resolving a leadership bottleneck, preparing for a difficult conversation, mapping a new direction or working through a recurring pattern that is affecting how you lead or move forward.
This is where months of circling the same issue can turn into clarity, decisions and a concrete way forward.
A private follow-up session is included two weeks later to review your progress, answer questions and make any needed adjustments.
