Speaking with Lisa felt easy and comfortable. She asked really good questions and guided me to think about certain parts of my life in novel ways, which is essential for creating change. By the end of the hour long call, I felt super motivated, confident and validated in my deep sense of knowing things about myself and my path in life. Working with Lisa was a transformative experience. All my life I have had issues with anxiety. Before meeting Lisa everyday was a battle. Lisa has provided me with the tools such as daily mediation and affirmation that help manage my anxiety and stress level. . At first I was very skeptical , but it has helped me so much. Now I wake up everyday feeling happy and ready to face my day. If stressful situation arise I don't feel as anxious to deal with them.
